President Donald Trump is facing 37 charges over the handling of classified government records, according to the federal indictment document unsealed earlier Friday. Thirty-one of those counts accuse Trump of willful retention of national defense information. Trump and his aide, Walt Nauta, each also face a count of conspiracy to obstruct justice.
