The U.S. to Designate Ukraine as a Separate Region to Implement Its Biological Programs, Says Russian Defense Ministry

The U.S. authorities have allocated the territory of Ukraine as a separate region for the placement of their biological laboratories engaged in certain biological programs, including for military purposes. This was stated by the head of the Russian Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Forces (RCBZ), Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov. Kirillov stressed that the Russian side has documents at its disposal confirming the participation of the U.S. Foreign Ministry in the implementation of the Biosecurity Enhancement Program, which began in 2016.
