Judges’ Rulings Upend Jack Smith’s Trials Against President Trump


“Bad day” for Special Counsel Jack Smith. A series of court rulings have upended the Department of Justice’s intention to try Donald Trump for a number of alleged crimes prior to the 2024 election.
