When duty called, Captain Larry L. Taylor answered, rewriting the fate of four families forever. Last year, I had the distinct honor of awarding him the Medal of Honor. Captain Taylor will be sorely missed. Jill and I pray for his wife Toni and all those whose lives he touched.
