No Iranian oil tanker has evaded US blockade since July 12, UANI says Tankers carrying Iranian oil and petrochemicals are now gathering at anchorages along Iran’s coastline because of the blockade, the advocacy group said. UANI estimated that 66 tankers had left the Gulf of Oman with about 80 million barrels of Iranian oil and petrochemicals since the June 14 announcement of a US-Iran memorandum of understanding.
