  Adolescence is the transition stage between childhood and adulthood. It’s characterized by great changes, both in the body and the way the young person relates to the world. All of these changes, whether physical, sexual, cognitive, social, or emotional, can cause expectations and anxiety for both them and their families. We’ve all been through the tricky teenage stage, so it’s normal to be concerned about our adolescents. In fact, during this phase, many questions might arise about what’s normal or not. Are they okay? Are they eating okay? What about sleeping? This last question is a source of anguish…
