President Trump Lashes Out at D.C. Court’s Decision to Strip Him of Presidential Immunity

Circuit Court of Appeals ruled on Monday that former President Donald Trump was not immune to prosecution, for charges described in the Justice Department’s (DOJ) indictment relating to the events of January 6, 2021.
