France urges Haftar to refrain from military action, focus on political solution

Paris on Monday called on Khalifa Haftar in Libya to “refrain from any resumption of hostilities” and to “focus” on finding a political solution to the ongoing conflict in the war-ravaged country. “There is no military solution in Libya.
