South China Sea: Harris Accused Beijing of Coercion

Kamala Harris accused Beijing of continuing to ‘coerce’ and ‘intimidate’ in the South China Sea.  She pledged that Washington would pursue a free and open Indo Pacific. Her most pointed comments on China during a visit to Southeast Asia.
