Orange County officials were joined by over 100 residents Sept. 30 during a Human Trafficking Town Hall to discuss the county’s human trafficking crisis. Orange County District Attorney (OCDA) Todd Spitzer said that the county is taking a stronger stance against handling human trafficking crimes than the state. “We are not going to allow Sacramento to change our quality of life here in Orange County; we’re always going to fight,” District Attorney Todd Spitzer said. “When we get our convictions, we have a 95 percent conviction rate.
