Pro-Haftar government submits resignation to eastern House of Representatives amid increasing protests in cities.   The eastern-based interim government in Libya’s port city of Tobruk resigned on Sunday hours after protesters set fire to its headquarters in Benghazi, Turkish state-run Anadolu news agency reports.
