U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo will travel to Cyprus on Saturday in a bid to broker a peaceful solution to tensions with Turkey in the eastern Mediterranean, Agence France Presse reported on Friday. The aim of the Saturday visit was to understand “the risks that are associated from the people of Cyprus’ perspective”, Pompeo said.
