Department of Justice expresses concerns over the Arizona election audit

The Department of Justice is poised to “get involved” in Maricopa County’s forensic audit of the Arizona election in 2020. The DoJ Civil Rights Division has sent a letter to Senator Fann raising concerns over how the Az. audit is being conducted. Election assets are not under the control of election officials.
