Arizona The First State To File a Lawsuit Against the Biden Administration Over Federal Vaccine Mandates

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich – The first state attorney general has formally filed a lawsuit over the Biden administration’s federal vaccine mandate, which was issued by executive order. “I promised Arizonans that we would not stand for the Biden Administration’s egregious federal overreach on vaccine mandates,” Brnovich announced on Tuesday.  “Today, we have filed the first lawsuit in the nation against the unconstitutional mandates.
